We believe in using the audio-visual medium not only to amplify unheard voices and spotlight injustice, but also as a springboard for empowerment. Through our comprehensive skills development programme—which includes entrepreneurship, essential life skills, and an intensive aftercare programme with job readiness training and placement support—we aim to turn victims into victors.

We use the power of film to spotlight social injustices and inspire lasting change - 365 days a year, 24/7.
We are committed to:

• Hosting inclusive film festivals that foster civic engagement and challenge injustice
• Providing accessible Film & TV training focused on creative expression, future technologies, and practical industry skills ending with job placements
• Job placements, internships, and support for further development in the industry
• Establishing Human Rights Awards to honour individuals, organisations, and government departments who use their roles to advance human rights, inspiring others through visible, public recognition
• Implementing awareness and prevention campaigns that connect victims to a reliable network of government and civil society organisations offering victim-centred support, rights education, and socio-economic upliftment opportunities
